What creators should never send publicly

A privacy-first guide to sharing evidence without exposing more sensitive personal information.

01

Never post private documents, full legal names, addresses, payment details, account recovery screens, or private inboxes in public support threads.

02

When evidence is needed, redact everything that is not essential to the claim. The goal is to prove the issue without creating a second exposure.

03

Use trusted private channels and keep a copy of what was shared, when it was shared, and with whom.
